2) Letter size is determined by number of letters. The more letters in a name, the smaller the letters become

3) The height of the letters will vary depending on the name and font

4) Dots in lowercase i or j will be connected by a line for easier hanging

5) Some fonts may have spaces in between the letters. We will connect these letters for easier hanging unless otherwise stated

6) If you would like a FINAL PROOF of the design, please indicate this in the Etsy Personalization Box

7) Since each order is custom designed, orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
